Had such a  chocolate binge tonight. Feeling annoyed, at weigh in mostly. Its really quite disgusting to see it all written down like that though. Ugh.

I weighed in a day early - at the Tuesday meeting I help at, as we were unsure tomorrows meeting would be on as Cayla was having difficulty finding a venue (our normal one is unavailable). I decided to re-arrange tea and my treat night, bought the things I needed, and did all my usual weigh-in day things (eat good, not too late etc), and then Cayla text to say she'd found a venue!
I figured one day, and for one week wouldn't hurt, so I was as good as I could be, held off tea until after wi and did my walks to nursery and back - in the snow, as I said I would - with the idea that everything would help at weigh in.

But NOOOOOOOO.

I STS.

Again.


Now last week annoyed me, after all the walking I did, to STS bugged me. But I told myself it was probably the amount of points I had spent on sweet stuff, and that the exercise would show next week.

So to have been so good with my food this week (in my opinion. What do you reckon - compared to normal??), and walked as much as I have, what with the snow and not wanting to drive in it. Plus the extra effort of walking through thick snow, and pulling a toddler in a sledge! That's gotta count as cardio in my book as I was constantly out of breath!

And I've STS AGAIN!!!


So this week, I am blaming hormones, and those horrible female things we get that stop us losing weight for no good reason whatsoever.

I will also be blaming hormones for the amount of chocolate I have consumed tonight.

Hormones, as annoying as they are, cannot argue with me on this, so I win this one.

SCREW YOU, HORMONES!!!!!!!
