I went swimming again today. I've been thinking about changing swim-day to a Monday to counteract the munchies. After all - I can't eat while I'm in a pool can I!

I went today to check it out - see how busy it was etc - and it was busier than when I've been on a Friday, and there were a lot of "young people" in the "Free Swim" section (ie not the lanes) which meant it would be impossible to swim lengths as they were swimming about all over the place.

But when I got there, there was only one guy in the slow lane, so I got in there and after I'd done about 6 or so lengths he got out, so I had the lane all to myself! Woop Woop. 

 That was until about my last 6 lengths, when the lifeguard decided to let a girl practicing her Butterfly stroke into the slow lane.

I mean, seriously 





Anyhoo, I got the last few done so that's another 30 lengths to add to the list

gold star for me! 

I kinda only wore my pedometer for part of the day, but I don't think I would have reached healthy, but I really tried hard in the pool so I figured I would count 2AP (instead of 3) for the swimming.

I have 30 weeklies left, it's 1½ days before weigh in, and I'm not gonna use the AP's anyway so who cares, lol




Ok,  little confession - the photo of the bolognese is actually hubbys plate. I didn't have that much!
I had already started eating when I realised I hadn't took the photo, and his plate looked so untouched and beautiful so I used his, lol
