This week could have been better, I guess - food wise. But I'm really happy with the activity I did, and really thought I would have lost more ....

I lost ½lb.


I know, I know - a loss is a loss. 

I am really just SOOO fed up at the moment of how few and far between my losses are, and when I do lose it's so tiny that they don't even add up.
If it was ½lb a week I wouldn't mind it, but I feel like - when I am good - I try SO hard and it just isn't getting me anywhere.

I mean, yeah I have off weeks, and when I gain I generally know what I've done, accept it and move on.
It's just the (many, many, many) weeks that I am on track and it doesn't show - THAT'S what gets me.

Ugh.

So I have 6 weigh ins left before my hol, and I'm at Goal+9.

If I can do ½lb a week between now and then, I'll be at 10st 4lb, which isn't goal, or even within goal, but it will be a start, eh!

So that's what I'm aiming for. Anything more will be a bonus ... or a miracle - one or the other!

So here goes, brand new week.
